Nancy Chapman, R.D., MPH
One of the food and agricultural industry's most experienced and knowledgeable nutritionists and food policy consultants, Nancy Chapman plans and implements national food and commodity programs for the apple, soybean, and school lunch industries. Currently the President of N Chapman and Associates , she has also served as staff nutritionist for the House Committee on Agriculture, and has broad experience on marketing orders, federal nutrition programs, and consumer issues. She has completed work at the University of California, Northwestern, and Harvard Universities.
A former staff director of a major House Agriculture Committee commodity sub-committee, Bob Cashdollar has more than 25 years of government and public relations experience. A trained journalist and free-lance writer, he is a specialist in USDA programs and their relationship to both producers and consumers.

Former CBS farm broadcaster. Has 35 years of experience with agricultural chemicals and equipment industries. One of the industry's most experienced and knowledgeable consultants on Japan and its food and agricultural trade. Has traveled regularly to Japan for 25 years.
